In the coming period of time, we are planning to renovate condominiums and add them a story at the following places:

KIRÁLY street
Király street is a street at the border of the 6th and 7th districts of Budapest, laying between two squares: Deák Ferenc tér and Lövölde tér. It is 1.6 km long and perpendicular to Teréz körút. Its inner part between Deák tér and Nagymező utca is calmer, has lower level of traffic and is narrower as well.
It is named after the old König von Engelland hotel which used to be situated near today's Deák tér.

ANDRÁSSY road
Andrássy road is a 2310m long avenue in Budapest, crossing the 6th district of the city, that is also called Terézváros. 
The avenue connects the citycenter with the City Park.
